It oversees the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian art, consisting of over 8,000 artworks. These buildings have been around since 1939.

Sometimes, steel makes something complete. E.g reinforced concrete isn't reinforced concrete if it lacks steel. Similarly, just like our lives, we can be the concrete and waiting for that right steel to come and complete us or we can simply be that steel in someone else's life.
